Right to Represent

Authorize Analyst Technical Solutions to represent you exclusively to our clients. This agreement protects you, ensures transparency, and lets our recruiters advocate for you with full confidence.

What is a Right to Represent Agreement?

A Right to Represent (RTR) agreement is a formal authorization that allows Analyst Technical Solutions to submit your resume to a specific client or role on your behalf. It is a standard practice in the staffing industry designed to protect both you and our clients.

By signing this agreement, you confirm that you have not already been submitted to the same role by another recruitment agency. This prevents double representation — a situation that can disqualify you from consideration entirely.

Your RTR is role-specific and client-specific. Signing one RTR does not prevent you from working with other recruiters on different opportunities.

Your Protection

Prevents duplicate submissions that could disqualify you from an opportunity entirely.

Dedicated Advocacy

Our recruiters can advocate for you fully, negotiate on your behalf, and prepare you for interviews.

Full Transparency

You always know exactly which client and role your resume is being submitted to — no surprises.

No Obligation

This agreement covers one specific role. You remain free to pursue other opportunities independently.

Candidate Code of Conduct

1

Honesty & Accuracy

Do not misrepresent your work history, experience, or academic credentials. Communicate immediately if your situation changes — we understand, and we respect honesty above all.

2

Be Informed & Engaged

Actively participate in your search. Research the company and role. Ask questions. Ensure the opportunity aligns with your goals before agreeing to be submitted.

3

Avoid Double Representation

If you're working with multiple recruiters, track where your resume has been submitted. Submitting through more than one agency to the same role will result in disqualification.

4

Realistic Expectations

Finding the right role takes time. You may be one of several qualified candidates. We will keep you informed throughout the process — please reach out to your recruiter for updates.

5

Communicate Through Your Recruiter

Do not contact our clients directly. Your Analyst Technical Solutions recruiter is your point of contact. Many clients will automatically disqualify candidates who reach out directly.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know
about Right to Represent.

No. An RTR is specific to one client and one role. You remain completely free to work with other recruiters and pursue other opportunities — as long as you are not submitting to the same client and role through multiple agencies simultaneously.
You must disclose this to your recruiter before signing the RTR. Depending on the client's policy, a direct application may affect our ability to represent you. Transparency upfront is always the right approach.
Double representation occurs when two different agencies submit your resume to the same client for the same role. Most clients have a strict policy of rejecting any candidate submitted multiple times — both RTR agreements become void and you are disqualified from the role entirely.
Once submitted, your resume cannot be recalled in most cases. If your circumstances change, contact your recruiter immediately and we will do our best to manage the situation with the client on your behalf.
The RTR is valid for the specific role and client mentioned in the agreement. It does not carry over to other roles or future opportunities with the same client unless a new RTR is signed.
No. Your Analyst Technical Solutions recruiter is your sole point of contact with the client. Reaching out to the client directly for updates or feedback can result in automatic disqualification. Please direct all questions through your recruiter.
